President Bola Tinubu on Thursday administered the oath of office to General Christopher Musa as Nigeria’s new Minister of Defence. CBI News notes that this marks a decisive move in the administration’s ongoing security reforms.
The president swore in General Musa in his first-floor office at the State House, Abuja.
Speaking with newsmen after being sworn in, General Musa assured Nigerians that the security situation would improve as he was poised to swing into action immediately.
