Several Seyi Vibez fans died in a tragic accident after attending his concert in Lagos.

A tragic accident claimed the lives of several fans of popular Nigerian singer, Seyi Vibez, late Saturday night following his concert on Lagos Island.

CBI News reports that the victims were involved in a fatal car crash while returning from the event.

A witness identified as @alli_ya7 shared a video of the aftermath on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), revealing that the fans had been engaged in high-speed racing along the expressway.

“They left the show and started racing on the express, trying to overtake other cars. Why race on the highway? May their souls rest in peace. SPEED KILLS,” she wrote, urging the public to avoid reckless driving.

The accident, which reportedly involved more than four vehicles, has sparked widespread grief and outrage online, with many mourning the young lives lost and calling for greater awareness about the dangers of speeding.

As of press time, authorities have yet to release an official statement on the incident.
