Nigerian women say they are going to make their voices heard not just in the forthcoming general elections but in the country’s political circle.
This contention and more are the conviction of the women wing of the Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, who say they would break barriers.
Led by its women leader Felicia Opatunde, they are demanding an implementation of the 35% affirmation for women action policy in elective positions in the state.
They also insisted that they would claim their space, demanding for equal rights while also refusing to be sidelined calling for support form the leadership of the party in achieving their goals.
