Radvinsky dies at 43 after battle with cancer...
Leo Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of adult content platform OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43 after a battle with cancer.
The Ukrainian-born entrepreneur reportedly passed away in Pompano Beach, Florida, where he lived with his family.
A company spokesperson confirmed his death, stating that the firm was deeply saddened by the loss.
“Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. His family have requested privacy at this difficult time,” the statement read.
CBI News reports that Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-American businessman, had an estimated net worth of $4.7 billion, largely derived from his company, Fenix International Limited, which holds a majority stake in OnlyFans.
He served as a director and majority shareholder and was also known for his work as a philanthropist and angel investor.
Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans in 2018 from the Stokely family in the United Kingdom, a move that led to rapid growth of the platform.
By 2024, users reportedly spent a record $7.2 billion on the subscription-based service.
According to Bloomberg, he paid himself $1.8 billion in dividends between 2021 and 2025.
