The couple got engaged in July 2025....
A Nigerian music video producer marked Valentine’s Day by publicly declaring his love for his partner on massive digital billboards in the upscale Lekki area of Lagos State.
Femi Dapson, founder of Nouvelle Films and known as Uncle Dapson on social media platform X, shared photos and videos on Saturday showing Valentine-themed messages dedicated to his fiancée, Simisanya, displayed on billboards in Lekki Phase 1 and Lekki Phase 2.
“Happy Valentine’s Day from me to my sweet baby, #simisanya. A private message wasn’t enough, I needed to shout it so everyone can see so here we go,” he wrote.
He added that the messages would remain on display throughout the day on both sides of the billboards in the two locations.
Images posted online showed large digital screens adorned with romantic graphics, drawing the attention of motorists and passersby.
Responding on X, Simisanya expressed surprise and excitement.
“When I saw this, I screamed! Didn’t see this coming, honestly. I love him soooooooo much. I love you, my baby!! You are amazing,” she wrote.
The gesture reflects a growing trend of elaborate Valentine’s Day displays that often gain traction across social media platforms.
The couple got engaged in July 2025 after Dapson proposed in an intimate setting. A family introduction followed in November, which he described as “1/4,” with their wedding scheduled for March 2026.
