NDC publicity secretary Osa Director said all support groups must register at Abuja headquarters through its Directorate of Support Groups; it is free, and state chapters must not charge fees.
OK Movement boss John Ughulu rejected it, saying his group is independent and will not surrender its structure.
Kwankwasiyya spokesman, Habibu Muhammed told cbinews.tv the NDC is still evolving; the goal remains victory for the Obi Kwankwaso ticket, and grObi-Kwankwasomselves and draw members even from other parties.
