Afrobeats king David Adeleke, aka our very own Davido, has just added another insane property to his portfolio - this time in the US. And he did it in the most Davido way possible.

As reported by cbinews.tv, the superstar hopped on his Instagram Stories on Thursday to give fans a proper tour of the new pad. In the clip, you could see him buzzing with excitement alongside his wife, Chioma, as he thanked God for the blessing. Pure joy.

Honestly, no one deserves it more. The man has been working NON-STOP.

If you've been following him, you know he's been in full album mode for his sixth studio album, 'ORIADÉ'. We're talking media rounds, sleepless nights, back-to-back promo - the whole lot.

However, the 13-track project is a global affair too, featuring heavyweights like Leon Thomas, Black Sherif, Aya Nakamura, Mayorkun, Fola, Llona, NO11, JAZZWRLD, and GL Ceejay.

He first teased the album back on June 29th, dropping a regal clip of himself in full Yoruba attire with a powerful Yoruba eulogy in the background that just gave us chills. He confirmed then that 'ORIADE' would be out on July 31, 2026, and now the wait is finally over.

This new mansion just tops off what has already been a massive year for OBO - more wins, more houses, more global dominance. From Lagos to America, the 30BG train just doesn't stop.
