Activists from the nationalist Nemesis collective rallied in Paris on Sunday, March 9 2026 which coincided with International Women's Day, and demand tougher migration curbs on gender-based violence.
Footage showed rally attendees who showed the victims of gender-based crimes committed by immigrants. They also listened to speeches. Police deployed around the site maintained pubic order.
Various politicians also took part in the event, this included Identity-Liberties leader Marion Marechal and member of the National Rally, Thierry Mariani.
The rally followed Nemesis's exclusion from the official International Women's Day march by several feminist groups and unions.
