Davido's alleged baby mama says DNA test conducted on Anu Adeleke in September 2014 was fake...
Ayo Labinjoh, who claims to be the mother of Afrobeats superstar Davido’s daughter, Anu Adeleke, has expressed frustration over what she described as a lack of intervention by Ovation magazine publisher, Dele Momodu, in her ongoing DNA dispute with the singer.
Labinjoh made the remarks in a lengthy post shared on her daughter’s Instagram page, where she again alleged that the DNA test conducted on Anu in the past was fake.
She also aimed media personality Daddy Freeze, accusing him of publicly dismissing her claims and, in her words, “laundering Davido’s image.”
Reacting to comments suggesting she was forcing the singer to acknowledge the child, Labinjoh questioned why she would not fight for her daughter’s identity, insisting the DNA test carried out in September 2014 was fraudulent.
She stated that Davido was not wealthy when they met, saying, “Davido was not super rich when I met him. Only knew him as an upcoming/fast rising singer in February 2013 Dami Duro concert after party in Ibadan and a son of a businessman.”
She further claimed that Daddy Freeze had seen what she described as one of five DNA tests, the same document she said she had earlier posted following a 2018 investigation by Dr Kemi Olunloyo.
Labinjoh wrote, “Uncle Freeze just admit you are laundering Davido’s image instead of convincing him and arranging an independent test. Instead, you told the world straight up on a 15-minute live video that Davido is not Anu’s father.”
The alleged baby mama also criticised Dele Momodu, noting that despite his closeness to the Adeleke family and his relationship to Imade Adeleke, another child who reportedly went through a DNA dispute, he had chosen not to intervene.
“Even uncle @delemomoduovation, who is close to the Adelekes and even an uncle to Anu’s half-sister Imade… has chosen not to intervene,” she wrote.
According to Labinjoh, her daughter became vocal after feeling abandoned, a move that allegedly attracted insults, bullying and threats.
She claimed Anu was also promised copies of five DNA tests that were to be published in newspapers and online, but this never happened.
Addressing Davido directly in the post, Labinjoh stated, “David, YOU and I are the only ones who know who I slept with in February 2013.”
She further alleged that the singer sent her money on the day of the child’s naming ceremony in November 2013 and questioned whether he had publicly acknowledged that.
She also referenced an alleged missed video call, claiming, “Have you told the world on November 9th 2025 someone initiated a video call from your phone line with the name Adeleke on Truecaller? Isn’t that the day your #5Alive concert hit Ibadan?” Labinjoh suggested the contact could have been about a DNA test or triggered by seeing Anu’s Instagram page.
In an emotionally charged conclusion, she wrote, “You are a boy NOT a man. You are a dad NOT a father."
