Nigerian social media personality, Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has revealed she is battling a serious health condition and has begun selling her belongings to fund treatment.
CBI News reports that the development became public on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, after she shared emotional videos on her Instagram page, disclosing that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.
In the videos, she appeared visibly distressed and showed signs of hair loss linked to the illness, sparking concern and support from followers across social media.
Following the announcement, Blessing CEO said she would sell some of her personal possessions to raise money for chemotherapy and other medical expenses.
Items listed for sale include her car, wigs, and her house in Lagos.
She also appealed to her followers for support, urging them to purchase the items as she navigates the challenges of her condition.
“My days are numbered like this I need all the prayers I can get. Pray for me and check up on me. Tired of being strong while I am going gradually,” she wrote.
In another appeal, she said, “Hey guys, to those of you who have always admired my wigs, I’m going to be auctioning them for sale because I need money for chemo. So please, the fastest finger should just text me, don’t stress me because I’m already going through a lot.”
