The gloves are off. Big Brother has divided the house, and the ₦160 million chase has officially started. It’s week 1 in the Big Brother Naija house, and things are already getting competitive.
For the first wager task of BBNaija Season 11, Big Brother has split the 24 housemates into male vs female teams. The aim? Prove who’s got the strategy, creativity, and teamwork to win that first week’s budget.
The new season kicked off with 24 housemates all eyeing the ₦160 million grand prize — the biggest cash prize in BBNaija history.
From day one, it’s been clear this season won’t be about just vibes. During Sunday’s launch, some housemates didn’t mince words about why they’re here.
“I’m here to win the money, but not at all costs,” said Gerard.
Meanwhile, 11th housemate Flora was even more direct: “I’m not here for love, I’m here for business, money.” Mentors also stopped by to set the tone. Femi D’Bash, Prince Nelson and Mensan told the housemates to “be real, be energetic” if they want to survive the next 10 weeks. With the house now divided for the first wager, expect alliances to form fast, egos to clash, and plenty of drama.
The male team will be looking to prove strength and strategy, while the female team will be banking on creativity and coordination. One thing’s for sure — the battle for that ₦160m has started, and no one is playing. Who do you think will win the first wager task? The boys or the girls?
