Businesswoman Amaka Okeke has broken her silence over allegations linking her to Frank Edoho’s troubled marriage, insisting their relationship is strictly friendship and warning critics of possible legal action.
According to cbinews.tv, businesswoman Amaka Okeke has denied allegations suggesting she was involved in the collapse of media personality Frank Edoho’s second marriage.
Amaka’s name surfaced following claims made by Edoho’s estranged wife, Sandra Onyenucheya, who allegedly accused her of playing a role in the breakdown of their relationship.
Reacting to the controversy in a statement released on Friday, Amaka described the allegations as false, malicious, and completely baseless.
“Over the past few hours, my name has been wrongly linked to false and baseless allegations currently circulating online,” she stated.
“For clarity, Frank Edoho and I met in 2024 on strictly business-related matters and only became good friends in May 2025 when he was dealing with a personal matter. Any narrative beyond this is completely untrue.”
Amaka explained that her relationship with the television host was initially professional before it later evolved into friendship during a difficult period in his personal life.
She also expressed disappointment over the spread of what she described as unverified and damaging narratives on social media.
“I am deeply disappointed to see my name attached to narratives that are malicious, baseless, and entirely inaccurate. I kindly ask that people refrain from spreading unverified claims,” she added.
The businesswoman further revealed that her legal team had been informed and could take action against individuals spreading defamatory content.
“My legal team has been informed accordingly and will take action in due course,” she warned.
The controversy comes amid fresh allegations from Sandra Onyenucheya, who recently accused Frank Edoho of infidelity and misconduct during their marriage.
