The Abia State Government has commenced the reallocation of newly-constructed shops at the Ekeoha Shopping Complex in Aba, targeting fully paid beneficiaries under the Phase One development project.
According to CBINews, the Abia State Ministry of Trade and Commerce announced the commencement of the reallocation exercise for newly-built shops at the Ekeoha Shopping Complex in Aba.
The exercise is being conducted in partnership with Rhino Homes and Properties Limited and is strictly reserved for individuals who have fully paid for shops under the Phase One development.
In a public statement issued on Tuesday, the ministry explained that eligible participants include former shop owners affected by the redevelopment whose allocation certificates are captured in the official Market Register, as well as new applicants who obtained preliminary clearance from Rhino Homes or the ministry.
The government stated that applicants seeking final clearance and reallocation must present valid proof of previous ownership or preliminary approval alongside evidence of full payment for shop allocation.
Authorities also disclosed that the reallocation exercise will run from May 7 to May 14, 2026.
